I am a very experienced UX and CX professional with a long career in Design and Innovation. Since I took my first steps in Screen- and Webdesign in the late 1990s I have continuously broadened and deepened my Skillset.
As a certified Scrum Product Owner I have years of practice in Agile Product Development. With my experience as a Design Thinking Facilitator I enable Teams to conduct Design Sprints and translate User Needs into innovative products.
In recent years I have grown my skillset as a UX Researcher and in CX Measurement to enable my employer to take Customer Centric Decisions in the complete Product Innovation cycle.
As a People Lead, I use my training as a Coach to develop teams and employees to perform to the best of their abilities. I believe in Servant Leadership and Self-Organization and am a New Work enthusiast – values that I try to bring into the day-to-day business as good as I can.
